Now maybe there is a hook or something which's a bit better on Facebook and here's something different on youtube. So that you can have the meat of this content be the same. But you're actually shooting on the video, the way that it's really delivered is a bit different. And where you are actually planning, that's, uh, you know, the strategies to connect on various platform.
Hey that Jamie here and on behalf of the Click [inaudible] staff, welcome back into our video show where we are discussing video, but specifically the kinds of video you should be creating to drive more profit and more cliquey worthy movie views into your small business. In the previous video we discussed the movie promoting industry's state. Basically what's working by now when producing content. Maybe we add, you know, something to pull on them visually here. You are able to do that. There's a formula for each and every video, and uh and this formulation is exactly what creators will need to create to themselves. And there's a few elements for this formulation that it, that it is universal for everybody. The first one is, which we prepared for is a hook. We need to grab their attention. That hook differs on youtube versus Facebook. Allow me to give you an illustration of that. So like on youtube the hook would be like five seconds. And on Facebook it's gonna be completely different because you're, you may have audio on or not. As you're kind of flipping through their feed, and you only have a possibly a second to 3 seconds.
And even on Instagram, it is likely to differ. And so considering this, it is similar to that hook is similar to the most essential part. And I'd really place a great deal of effort and energy to attempt to work out how you're likely to captivate people's attention and the way you suck them into the content. That after that, after the hook, then you may reinforce your brand. Therefore, if you've got a brand, you can have a element. This can be an optional thing. So there's like three ways you can really attract value. Uh, with movie content you can expect, you can educate or instruct, entertain, and sometimes when you are really good you can do all three in precisely the same time or you can get two of these. That's when you are really, really great when you're actually giving it a lot of thought in it. Now that having been said, once you do so, I attempt to figure out which value you're likely to bring to your intended viewer. Yeah. And bring some kind of value and I attempt to bring those bullet points. So whether it's like making loyalty to his team or speaking how bad the other team is, that is some value he'll really find.
Okay. So Chris, he probably enjoys football, right? Can he have a team? Liverpool. Liverpool. Okay. And is there a, uh, an opposing group that it is just a competition? There is a Coupole probably the greatest ones. Manchester United, which everyone knows. Okay. Okay. So there's like any friction. Okay. First thing is like, okay, if we're going to produce a movie, we have to get a purpose of the movie. The number two is that we need to identify our audience. Who Would we need watching this movie? So I'd say it would be people who are like hardcore Liverpool, Liverpool buffs like your brother. Okay. And we need to begin breaking down of a few of the things that they, they kind of rally round that would have them excited. And what would be one of those things that you'd think, well, beating Manchester United goals.
Well let us just target everyone that likes Liverpool, right? And let us target everybody that doesn't like Liverpool. And let's see if we could find a few things occurring here, some. And I think you could do this with organically, but if you infuse a small bit of money, it will be interesting. The outcomes. You can get your silently. Definitely. I believe anyone today has an overview or a blueprint to make not a movie book in, knowing what to create and the way to push that out there and, and those secrets, uh, pretty amazing. Um, but what I found is if you are able to hook them, if you are able to get that hook, while it's on Facebook, on Youtube, on Instagram, you actually need them for 20 minutes and then that 20 seconds should be your gold. It's like you need to reinforce that hook or you need to strengthen what your value proposition is to get them in, whether it is a name or a thumbnail or however you're pulling them into that video. You have to reinforce that because if you don't, you're likely to have the hockey stick effect. That means all the people who begin washing it begin to depart, you know, and you not going to get anybody watching it at that moment.
So Darryl, in the very first video we talked briefly on the type of video content that you should be producing, what prefer for anybody that didn't observe that or just to refresh a few memories, what sort of video? What type of movie is that if there's one movie you need to create um, as a organization? Yeah, for me it's a societal video and just two to sort of take that a bit further read more then, um, and sort of briefly remind everyone what type of video that is. Can you explain what a movie is, but why that sort of movie is so important?
Yeah, like, like the video portion of the video editing is indeed crucial. It may make or break a video. Um, it doesn't matter how amazing your script is. It doesn't matter how amazing your camera as well as your manufacturing is. The editing is where it actually, the rubber meets the road to find out if it's going to work or not. And for me, as soon as you're able to take action, it is worth the sources worth the moment. When you actually put it together, it is going to convert a great deal higher. Um, and that in the conclusion of the day, that's by far uh, you know, the preparation stage and it's like the execution point to the editing is the most critical.
Now presumably you would choose the content you simply shot with Reese in your phone or whatever to an editing suite or into a post production. I suppose. Can you kind of want to speak about everything you do at that point? Prepared to disperse
It may sort of look like it is theirs. And that is a matter that is really significant. So going back to your example that we said, hey, if we are going to really make a video about your brother and his soccer team about Liverpool, while it's bad or good or anything, I would like create a list of each, uh, webpage on Facebook on Instagram that will be pro or con. You know, that because that's who we would like to target, that is who we would like to contact. And believe it or not, you know, becoming, uh, those personal connections with these people is a means to have growth. And I discovered that if you can get like six or five or 10 channels or pages that are like yours who are willing to talk about your content, I mean that hastens your, your expansion, that explodes your, your reach and you are likely to have the views that come with it if you truly have done a fantastic job with your video.
So we've discussed the first phase of getting ready for a video planning of video. Then we proceeded to obviously production and creating the video. So can talk a little bit about
So if we speak about moving onto each platforms, I think this is, this is very important as well. There are well I think there are two elements you may tell me differently. So with that, simply to kind of move further into this, and would you load the video at first to your webpage then contact all of these are the pages to allow them to know it is never, or do you take another strategy? Yeah I do that at the preparatory phase. I am known by me, the videos come in and so I reached out because it may require a couple of weeks to get ahold of everyone or whatever. Should you share mine kind item, who knows, maybe you're like, Hey, and uh, I will share your video. If you are doing PR crossposting 13, that is not a bad thing. Where the weight is, uh, just to share a movie is not. Just like you've got to cross it and you need to give them privileges. And that's kind of the key on Facebook, although the same for, you know, you are posting their articles.
However, the algorithm on youtube differently, you know, you'd do it otherwise onInstagram and different on Twitter. But Facebook, I feel a lot of people which are seeing this video want to capitalize on this and that is an easy way to sayhello look, if you can get this page that has a reach of let us say you know, 10,000 likes that they actually posted it, who knows how a lot of you is they are going to get. Um, and, and you reaches out to these different pages posting at which it goes straight back to your movie, and the analytics gets. Yeah, it is really cool. No, that's cool. Now with blended approach, like for me, I like organic, but you have infused it with. Paid ads undoubtedly is the most effective method to enter at the right time in the front of the right people. And if you know what you are doing, it can be very powerful. If you don't understand what you are doing, it's still be powerful as as soon as you say, fine, we are doing a video about Liverpool?
It is like once you find something cool and you are like, hey, you have ta check this out. You know, we have to do that. We have to this word of mouth. And that is where it is so potent and that is what the videos do. And so after the core, basically of this content, you've got to have a call to action. Um, and, and you might not believe, well, though it's a social video, I am not actually doing it for, you know, it's simply more of an inspiration or it is just a [inaudible] or whatever. That call to action is still key because are you trying to grow an audience? Like remember when we talked about what is the video's purpose? Or if it's to market products, we need to, you know, hit that button directly below the video or to push on them into a landing page. Uh, or whether it's for inspirational it's just like some thing or a Hashtag to unite a cause, you know, I mean the list goes on. You know, that can be one of the things you could ever do and until we do this, there's a lot of people who pick up a camera and start recording. And there are phases, such as you mentioned, there's a stage of preparation, there is a point of production, there's a point of post production, then there's a stage for distribution. And each one of these phases are critical, uh, and they work in harmony to get your video being seen.
Yeah, that makes sense. And as soon as you've been through those phases a few times, I guess from looking at these three stages, and you do edits that are different as well, which can be vital, as you say. And most of us might, you know, she movie, I have been guilty of this in the past and it'll throw up believing it is ready without too much informative edited stuff. However, I can see how important as when you find things that work, you can continue after that blueprint over and over and over again, it is to perform different variations.
